The company had used executive coaching for years, but much of it sat outside HR's visibility, with limited quality control and no central measure of results. The Organisation and Talent Development team wanted to bring that activity under managed governance while preserving choice - building a service so attractive to leaders that they would adopt it voluntarily.

That brief shaped everything. Coach quality, regional coverage, programme design and ease of use all had to be high enough for senior leaders to choose the service over informal arrangements. We developed regional coach panels across EMEA, JAPAC and North America, standardised programme structures, and built the reporting the client originally lacked - growing the portfolio into flagship programmes for senior leaders, women in senior leadership, front-line managers and top talent.

In the client's 2026 annual supplier review, Acuity Coaching was the top-rated supplier, and the only supplier - across every category assessed - for whom no areas for improvement were identified. Within the most recent senior-leader cohort, 71 participants were coached over 280 hours, with 77% average objective achievement and 98% confident in applying their learning. Coverage now extends to the C-Suite through PINACL.
