By 2012 the client was using fifteen coaching suppliers and more than thirty-five individual coaches. The Talent team set out a clear ambition: bring this fragmented activity under a single managed service with quality-assured coaches, consistency of process, visible activity and spend, and measurable results.

We signed in October 2012 with a January 2013 launch - an eight-week window across the Christmas break covering validation and onboarding of incumbent coaches, MI and evaluation processes, syndication and sign-off, and an HR business partner meet-and-greet with the new panel. The service launched on schedule, built first for the professional and technical specialist population and extended within the year to the top 40 Executives and the Board.

The standing service has been supplemented with formats designed around specific needs: Coaching Sprints for compressed, business-critical assignments; Coaching Clinics, low-cost single sessions delivered on-site to support change programmes; facilitator support for team interventions; and a blended Executive Development strand. At C-Suite level, delivery moves to PINACL.
