Alison Mackay

Alison Mackay

Alison is an executive coach with expertise in helping senior leaders develop strong personal impact and influence, develop agility and flexibility in their relationships and get the very best out of their teams. She also has expertise in supporting clients to develop career strategies and transition to new roles effectively. She is known for her drive, energy and empathy and she facilitates rapid and significant behavioural transition using the latest neuroscience strategies. Atholl is an experienced boardroom leader who has now become a powerful and game changing coach. He is the Chair of UK Coaching; the Chair of performance improvement and technology business Black Isle Group; and the Chair of Salmon Scotland – which is the UK’s largest food exporter. Carol Stewart of Abounding Solutions is an Executive and Career Coach with a specialism in introverted women leaders. She coaches clients to be great leaders who lead with influence and impact.
